If you're like me, it's hard to take a pause. It's nearly impossible to carve out time in your busy schedule just for yourself. There is always more that needs to be done or something that needs tending to. Part of my new year's resolution for 2020 is to slow down so I can be more present. I found out that reading a few minutes everyday lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and feelings of psychological distress just as effectively as yoga! So I gave myself a challenge: to read at least one book a month, taking a few minutes each day just for me. Let’s do it together! Click here to join my book club!
